1What’s your branding process?
Our branding process begins with strategic discovery: learning your business, your audience, and what needs to change. From there, we define clear positioning and messaging before moving into brand identity design. The full engagement typically includes strategy, identity, guidelines, and implementation support. We work closely with your team throughout, ensuring the brand feels true to who you are and resonates with the people you serve

3What’s the difference between branding and brand identity?
Branding is the strategy: your positioning, messaging, values, and how you show up.
Brand identity is the visual expression of that strategy: logo, colours, typography, and design system. We specialize in both so your brand is cohesive, intentional, and ready to grow.
PRICING & INVESTMENT
1How much does branding cost in Toronto?
Most brand identity projects range from $15,000 to $75,000+, depending on scope, complexity, and deliverables. We provide clear, customized proposals based on your goals and the level of depth required.
2What’s included in a brand identity project?
A full identity project includes strategic positioning, messaging and tone of voice, logo development, typography and colour systems, brand guidelines, and practical applications such as business cards, templates, or social assets. Naming, web design, and packaging can be added based on your needs.
3Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Our projects follow milestone-based payments. Typically, a deposit to begin, one or two progress payments, and a final payment at completion. This structure aligns cash flow with project progress and ensures clarity at every step.
TIMELINE & LOGISTICS
1How long does a branding project take?
Most projects take 8–12 weeks, depending on scope and stakeholder availability. This includes discovery and strategy, creative exploration, refinement, guidelines, and implementation. Accelerated timelines may be possible depending on our schedule.
2Do you work with clients outside Toronto?
Yes. Although we’re based in Toronto, we work with clients across Canada, the U.S., and internationally. Our process is built for remote collaboration through video calls and structured communication.
3What do you need from us to begin?
At the start, we need access to key stakeholders, clarity on your goals, any existing brand materials or research, and your timeline and budget parameters. From there, we guide you through each step of our discovery phase.

3Do you design websites?
Yes. We design and develop websites that extend your brand identity with clarity, usability, and performance. We work in WordPress, Webflow, and other platforms depending on your needs. Websites can be part of a branding engagement or a standalone project.
